This is a rare opportunity to join Travel Masters & The Travel Studio as a Digital Marketing Assistant!!

You will assist the Management in co-ordinating both printed and social media campaigns across various channels, as well as helping in the delivery of both national and regional printed and email marketing campaigns and PPC & SEO campaigns. A competency in Graphic Design is also needed for this role, to assist in the creation of brochures, advertisements and printed collateral. The successful candidate will also help in updating, monitoring and analyzing the company website. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly driven and keen to progress their marketing career in a new industry. You will be working in a dynamic environment and will be involved in a broad range of marketing activities will help to develop your skills!

For This Position, You Will Need The Following:

  • Graphic Design Capability

    You will require knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Web Development

    You will require front end web development experience and understanding in Squarespace.

  • EDM Experience

    You will require experience with creating and sending EDM campaigns with Mailchimp.

  • Social Media

    You will require knowledge of social media sites and tools, and be an active participant in social networking.

  • Written Communication

    Must have strong copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Time Management

    Ability to prioritise, maintain and meet a portfolio of deadlines.

  • Communication Skills

    You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Build Relationships

    You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all parts of the business, including external partners and remote staff.

  • Attention To Detail

    You must have strong attention to detail and effective execution with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Organisation Skills

    You must have organised and proactive planning skills, including the ability to ask for help when needed.

  • Marketing Interest

    You must have an avid interest in marketing, and an overall interest in learning about the travel industry.

  • Video Editing

    Video editing is not necessary, but ideal.
