Lady Elliot Island is an eco haven. Not only is it an underwater paradise for both snorkellers and divers, but any nature enthusiasts will be in complete bliss visiting. Picture dolphins, many kinds of ray and a plethora of fish. Plus enjoy turtles on land and sea during breeding and hatching seasons. Make the most of their 2 snorkelling trails, 20 dive sites and 2 dives per day!
Staying on the Island
Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort offers a range of comfortable accommodation options, with each Unit, Tent and Cabin designed to minimise impact on the Island while enriching the overall guest experience of the environment and seasonal wildlife. In keeping with the natural, eco-friendly practices there are no telephones, television, radios or Wi-Fi available in the rooms. Limited Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant.

The Eco Cabins are located within 20-30 metres walk from the lagoon. Lighting and power points are available in every cabin as well as a ceiling fan. The deck is furnished with two chairs for added relaxation. Guests enjoy private use of the non-ensuited room, having access to shared bathroom amenities of showers and toilets located nearby.

Situated within 20 to 30 meters walk from the Lagoon. Each unit features an ensuite bathroom and a balcony set amongst the resort gardens. The units are fan cooled and have a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Getting to Lady Elliot Island
Access to Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort is on small aircraft chartered from Seair Pacific to transport guests to and from the Island. As Lady Elliot Island is the most remote Great Barrier Reef island regularly accessed, boat access is impractical.
Seair has been the provider of aircraft charter to the resort since 1996 and its pilots are very experienced in operating into and out of the grass airstrip which runs the entire length of the island.
Flights can be arranged from Gold Coast, Brisbane, Agnes Water, Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.
