We begin by flying you from Australia up to Singapore.  2 nights at a downtown hotel gives you the time to explore the many sights of the City of Lions.  Don’t miss the Gardens by the Bay, or the view from the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel!

Singapore
Grand Lobby, Celebrity Millennium

Then its all aboard the 5* Celebrity Millennium for a 7 night Vietnam cruise.   A favourite of many, Celebrity Millennium was “Solsticized” in May 2012 and emerged with many award-winning  Solstice Class features.  She’s been revitalised with spa-inspired AquaClass staterooms, the AquaClass signature restaurant, Blu, and the addition of verandas to her chic Celebrity Suites.  We can’t think of a better way to experience the exotic beauty of Asia than on board Celebrity Millennium.  Luxurious accommodations and intuitive service consistently place Celebrity Millennium at the top of the rankings among large cruise ships. its all aboard the 5* Celebrity Millennium for a 7 night Vietnam cruise.

You’ll need a day at sea to familiarise yourself with one of many lounges, bars and restaurants on board, so there is your first full day taken care of!  Then you arrive in Vietnam, and the port of Phu My.  From Phu My Celebrity Cruises will offer shore excursions to Ho Chi Minh City.  Located on the edge of the Mekong Delta, this dynamic metropolis also features the ageless beauty of an ancient culture. French colonial architecture mixes with modern Asian influences, providing a diverse backdrop for the many motorbikes, scooters, pagodas, and street markets. Stroll the wide boulevards of this city, formerly known as Saigon, and visit The History Museum, which houses artifacts from two thousand years of Vietnamese history.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

The next day you find yourself in Nha Trang, and another chance to absorb Vietnamese culture.  Nha Trang has a split personality. One takes the form of a smaller Danang – a bustling Vietnamese city humming with commerce but blessed with access to a beautiful beach. The other is a Western resort town encompassing several blocks of hotels, tourist shops, bars and international restaurants. The city is indisputably beautiful, bordered by mountains, with the beach tracing an impressive long swoop along a bay dotted with islands. Topiary and modern sculpture punctuate the immaculately manicured foreshore. Nha Trang offers plenty to keep you dazzled – from island-hopping boat trips and scuba diving, to mud baths and historic sites.

Sailing the South China Sea for a day gives you another chance to enjoy Celebrity Millennium before you arrive in your third and final Vietnamese port – Chan May….and the city of Hue  The Nguyen Dynasty founded this former capital in the 17th century on the banks of the Perfume River. Today it sits as a massive open-air museum of temples, pagodas, palaces and tombs. Explore the Imperial Citadel, then take a river cruise for a view of the Tombs of the Emperors and Thien Mu Pagoda.

The Imperial Citadel of Hue City

On final day at sea before you arrive in one of the world’s greatest cities – Hong Kong.  Wave goodbye to the Celebrity Millennium as you disembark to enjoy another 2 night hotel stay in this vibrant city, and finally your flight back to Australia.
